Summer Card Camp Challenge 2...

The second challenge was a sketch...I embossed the flowers onto the Vellum and colored from the back side with Copics.  Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:  Cardstock - Basic White, Vellum (PaperTrey Ink) and Authentique Grace Collection; Ink - Fresh Peach (Hero Arts) and Unicorn White (Memories); Stamps - Everyday Sayings (Hero Arts) and Best Mom Ever (Simon Says Stamp); Other - Hero Arts White Embossing Powder, My Mind's Eye Enamel Dots, Glossy Accents and Copic Markers (YR02/R35/YG63/YG67).

Summer Card Camp Challenge 1...

I can't wait for the new Online Card Class to start...Summer Card Camp 2!  They've offered two challenges before class starts, so I took some time today to submit a card for each challenge.  Hope you're having a great weekend!

Supplies:  Cardstock - Soft Stone, Smokey Shadow and Basic White (PaperTrey Ink) and background paper is from Authentique Grace collection; Dies - Cecilia Flower and Flower Outline (Memory Box), Postage Stamp Frame and Rectangles (Sizzix/Tim Holtz Alterations) and Tilted Banners Die (Simon Says Stamp); Ink - Fresh Peach, Tide Pool, Charcoal (Hero Arts); Stamps - Tilted Banner Sayings (Simon Says Stamp); Other - Signo UniBall White Pen and Glossy Accents.

Much-Needed Crafty Time...

It has been way too long since I've had any time in my craft room.  I think my supplies thought I abandoned them (and I felt that way, too)!  But...I took today to just play and create and got caught up with my Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2013.

Here is May's tag...

I used the new rub-ons, like Tim did, but I also added some gold embossing paste over a stencil for the main focal point.

And June's tag...

I have been putting my tags into a 6-slot tray - the first of which is now complete!

Hopefully, I'll be back soon.  I am taking several online classes this summer, so I hope to have plenty of reason to create some new cards and things...now if I can just find the time!
